We provide several digital channels for customers to use. At every touchpoint, via mobile applications, phone, email and/or online live chat, we want our customers to receive a timely, highly-satisfying and exceptional customer service experience.

Michigan Residents, veterans and people with disabilities are encouraged to apply.  Individuals must have a high school diploma or equivalent with two years experience in a customer contact position to be considered.  A technical diploma, an associate degree or two years completed of a four-year degree is preferred.
