Job Summary

Supports and administers the day-to-day execution of robotic process automations (RPA) in the live environment. Schedules and runs automated processes, ensures the stability of the automation environment, investigates any issues in the live automations, and raises change requests or support calls where required.

Key Accountabilities

  • Daily administration of the automation live environment, which includes running, monitoring, and scheduling processes, maintaining resource PCs, viewing logs, etc.
  • Responsible for maintaining and managing the automation control room, which includes the scheduler, credential manager and user management.  
  • Oversees case management by managing and allocating process workloads
  • Manages and investigates business and system exceptions
  • Solves issues that arise in the day to day execution of automation processes and assists in the provision of timely responses and solutions as required
  • Develops automation and performance metrics
  • Assists with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and supports production ramp up of automated processes.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and three years of business process experience.

Other Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or Information Technology related field.
  • One year of experience in software development, testing or system/ database environment management. 

 Other Qualifications

  • Good organizational skills in order to schedule processes, monitor resources, and log issues.
  • Good inter-personal communication skills with the ability to explain issues to a technical expert, problem solve, and follow instructions accurately.
