Job Summary
Leads the execution of business plans, initiatives, and projects, ensuring the organization’s strategic plans are effectively implemented and translated into tangible results. Provides business unit expertise in areas of change management, process optimization, and operational efficiency, driving measurable results to achieve business goals with a focus on timely execution and continuous improvement. Develops learning content and collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure alignment with the learning plan. Reviews and analyzes tactical assignments, conducts research, and presents recommendations or findings to resolve challenges.

Key Accountabilities
- Assesses existing business processes to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks hindering goal achievement to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and implement best practices to achieve business objectives.
- Analyzes performance metrics and tracking systems to measure progress towards goals and metrics, adapting strategies or plans to respond to situations and reporting progress to senior leadership.
- Facilitate decision-making processes related to execution, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and their understanding of the business.
- Evaluates and leads opportunities to enhance business process efficiency and effectiveness by conducting research, analyzing alternatives, and recommending solutions for processes to support successful execution.
- Leads planning and execution of tasks, projects, programs, or initiatives, monitoring key indicators to ensure effective performance of assigned operations or business groups and finding solutions to challenges that arise during execution.
- Identifies opportunities to enhance operational processes, analyze root causes of inefficiencies, and develop solutions to streamline workflows for enhanced productivity and cost reductions.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align priorities, drive deliverables, and facilitate decision-making and issue resolution for ensuring smooth execution.
- Delivers reports, updates, or presentations to senior leadership on the progress of execution efforts, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and successes.
- Develops and delivers training materials to support the implementation of new processes or systems, ensuring alignment with organizational learning plans.
- Provides guidance to less experienced staff and influencing team leaders and executives to drive strategic initiatives.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
This is a multi-track base requirement job; education and experience requirements can be satisfied through one of the following options:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Project Management with 5 years of job relevant experience in project management, project scheduling and estimating, or data analysis.
- Associates degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Project Management with 7 years of job relevant experience in project management, project scheduling and estimating, or data analysis.
- High school diploma degree or GED with 9 years of job relevant experience in project management, project scheduling and estimating, or data analysis.

- Ability to think strategically and creatively while demonstrating strong analytical and facilitation skills, including research, data analysis, and benchmarking.
- Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven abilities to cohesively defend or justify recommendations.
- Ability to work professionally with individuals at all levels of the corporation and with outside consultants.
- Proficient verbal, written and presentation skills; communicate clearly with credibility and confidence
- Extensive knowledge of data analysis; ability to summarize data effectively and provide appropriate summaries in response to common business questions
- Experience with cost and performance metrics; especially interpretation, trending and writing high level performance commentary
- Analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify key issues from a broad range of alternatives and recommend optimal solutions for various situations
- Ability to develop and coordinate cross-functional work groups and projects yielding optimal outcomes
- Strong project and time management skills
- Ability to work with shifting priorities and embrace new or evolving responsibilities
