Job Summary
    Acts as a resource for other employees on staffing policies, procedures, and methods. Recruits applicants at various recruiting events. Works with recruiting team members to maintain operation of the internal recruiting process. Assists client relations team members in staffing positions.
Key Accountabilities
  • Meets with clients and client relations team members to develop recruiting/staffing tactics for specific jobs; assists in filing requisitions.
  • Analyzes process data to determine trends, problems, and process effectiveness.
  • Assists in the determination and implementation of new approaches/methods for the staffing process.
  • Actively recruits new employees using various resources and events.
  • Creates internal job postings and external advertisements.
  • Performs applicant screening regarding job relevance.
  • Coordinates the internal hiring process.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three years of experience in a professional staff capacity handling issues related to staffing/recruiting
Other Qualifications
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding the staffing process.
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Cooperate with peers, leaders, and individual contributors involved with the team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency and experience with MS Office Products, Windows-based software, Internet based services and applications.
  • Ability to accurately analyze various forms of data, and assemble findings in a report or graphic format.
