Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location:  Rosendale, Wisconsin



This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of a gas processing facility under construction at the largest dairy in Wisconsin (Rosendale).  This site takes anaerobic digester gas and strips carbon dioxide out of the gas stream, creating a pure natural gas product.  This natural gas will be compressed and trucked to a facility for unloading and pipeline injection.  The maintenance manager will be responsible for coordinating all maintenance, logistics, production targets, meeting budgeted costs, and administration of personnel.  Attention to detail, especially with the correct metering of renewable gas, will be critical to success.  This position will report to a Facility Manager.



Safely, ethically, and profitably manage the processing and transportation of gas produced from largest dairy in Wisconsin.  The multi-million dollar process involves compression of gas, membrane separation of carbon dioxide from methane, trucking of gas, and pipeline injection. The maintenance manager will supervise, train, develop, and direct two facility technicians.  This is a rapidly growing business line with potential for future promotion following success in this role.



  1. Deliver budgeted net income targets
  2. Process and sell 93%+ of the gas produced from the digesters
  3. Achieve safe operations (no DART or OSHA Injuries)
  4. Meet emissions requirements
  5. Develop facility technicians into future leaders
  6. Achieve OSHA and DART rates of zero
  7. Demonstrate operational excellence that allows expansion of business line.





A successful candidate will have 10+ years’ industrial experience, showing continuous skill advancement.  Demonstrated competencies will include:

  • Strong industrial skill set – including electrical troubleshooting, PLC knowledge, screw compressor maintenance and operations, flow meter operations, valves, etc.
  • Strong administrative skills – budgeting, Microsoft Office, forecasting, managing vendors
  • Strong logistical skills – truck dispatching, bill of laden creation, inventory management, maintenance planning
  • Safety Background/Understanding – Understanding of OSHA requirements, developing a good safety culture, and implementing safety improvements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – maintaining a good relationship with the dairy host, the community, and employees will be essential to success.  Maintenance manager will need to communicate effectively with upper management.
